This is slightly incorrect. Massive spoilers ahead, I read raw WN to end.

Something happened causing Tia and Ed to share a soul, or part of a soul, or something to that effect. (I think IIRC her dying as he warped out of the world in 1st lap 2nd visit while making his wish with the ticket?)

So she was partially thrown outside the "loop" of causality, and was able to trace Endroll (the Demon Lord of the End)'s power with the Winged Sword. More like a foreign contaminated body being thrown out/dragged along, rather than "gracefully" allowed to leave.

The god is NOWHERE as kind as you recall. He's a vindictive immature insecure bastard.

the plot thicken now that the MC place actually somewhere that someone else can reach, and Tia might be the first to udnerstand the MC problem

• Immature = god sees something that he is scared of (Endroll), first response is to try killing it immediately
• Insecure = thinks up horrendous infinite pocket universe to torture (Endroll)'s soul to death and "forgets about it"
• Vindictive = tortures trillions if not more of human souls in worlds inside, opens the lid, injects more misery (white snow)

Nothing can make me forgive the creator god after "The world of snow".
You don't get to say "oops I'm sorry let's nakamah" after that.

This is why I hated the JP-friendship-troperiffic ending. Completely ignores the suffering inflicted.

Oh gods, my heart felt like Ed's after 10 minutes of Blood Engine. I thought it was forever a goodbye, but the author really got my ass... I stared at the last page for a good 2 minutes just waiting for the hot tears to chill out. as far as im aware he gets the skill for being kicked out of the party, not for helping them. so on his first run through he was focused only on getting kicked out asap
