Well...about that... I read the LN and this manga adaptation replaced everything from the original work; characters, plot, and even world-building. Not a single character has the same personality so far. Lily and Margaret are just some random girls in the guild who likes Rain(generic MC) for absolutely no reason.
Cornelius was made-up by the manga artist, THE LUMINOUS DRAGON DOESNT EVEN EXIST IN THE ORIGINAL LN
