Another totally made up character(CEO, Master, Mia) and a completely made up backstory, in a totally made up plot, with a totaly made up character settings. However for no reason this is interesting and 100% better. Why the original author keeps allowing this nonsense, and apparently he even stated that the manga version is 990% better than his original work ...how???
For people who didn't read the original LN, Elsie was not an adventure in the first place, she's not tha important character, Nina is the main heroine who looks up to Rain, Lily has no backstories(nor a trauma), calls Rain "Rain-sama", and this may be a surprise guilds does not have a gym and the currency is not yen.

Every character, backstory, and plot are made up in fiction

Mangaka really doing the heavy lifting with this story :pepela:

Like, seriously, part of the fun is how the story doesn't take itself seriously most of the time and Rain is a clown, the original sounds so fucking generic lol

Now I'm reminded of the swordmaster manga that apparently is a lot better than the light novel, so much that when it got anime adaptation based on the light novel everyone got disappointed and started asking why it's so different, apparently to the point that the mangaka had to talk about it due to how poorly people reacted to the anime :v

Well, maybe that although some people are not outright writers / creators so they don't make their own original works but they're still skilled enough to get someone else work and improve it?

Like, isn't that supposed the job of editors? Sorta LoL

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure this mangaka and the one who adapted the swordsmaster series don't have any original series and they very clearly improved the original stories, to the point the mangas are way more popular than the original

I guess different medium probably helps too, with manga the visuals carry a lot of the story after all, it's very much the case with this manga

Now I'm reminded of how a lot of people thought Watchmen was impossible to adapt and somehow Zack Snyder was able to do it lol

Guess the lesson is that put the right person to adapt a work and even something mediocre can become good if they're allowed to make changes they think are necessary
