So this is something that is going to happen anyway if not already happening.
What im trying to say is that if they really wanted to avoid putting a target on their backs, killing them would have prevented that, instead of just letting them go. Im just so tired of mcs who see people getting killed, slaved, kidnapped and their definition of standing up is politely asking someone to stop. Why does he even want to be an adventurer when he clearly isnt a fighter, nor violent, and has been surrounded by shitty people all whom were adventurers for 5+ years.

Dude i don't think he even cares about that. The MC barely reacts seeing some innocent party getting murked right infront of him, just mildy surprised. He's nice enough to bury them for sure, but he's not exactly someone with a strong moral compass.

That was the guild before they fired mc, and now their combat power is down they don't want to pick a fight or else other guilds would finds out they become worthless and they will start attacking back.
From the past few chapters, I can say that the mc is over reliance on his skill. That's why he doesn't bother with actual combat or adventuring because he can just mow anything down with a swing of his +10000 sword and won't get hurt from his +3000 shirt. Also the mc doesn't care for anyone outside his sphere of relationship, that's why when some stranger is killed, he just somewhat surprised from the brutality of his former clan who just kill right in front of him.
