Mixed bag all around, but I do enjoy this overall. The thing that grinds on me though is yandere loli dragon sister is just a huge pain whenever there isn't an actual threat that justifies dragon powers. Well, and MC trying to ensure no one dies despite being obviously stupid evil with no hope of reform. Keeping them around is just asking for trouble.

Yeah right because there's totally an incest tag. But not that it matters, I can say I'm tired of the infatuation regardless, especially when it doesn't do anything but a shit take of it. I can see the subject be used just fine as some sort of character flaw, but thats not how this is framed, instead it's going for "cutesy/sexy/funny".

It's not that incest is in any shape or form integral to tell a compelling story, it does absolutely nothing for the already weak story but try to add some semblence of social conflict that could've been anything else.

Critiques aren't the end of the world. Talking about manga, be it good, bad or just forgetable doesn't subtract anything from someone else's enjoyment.
Who would've thought a forum, a place for discussions, would have discussions in it? What a concept.
