Would actually make sense considering how she throughout the whole thing was enthusiastically willing to show the man around the house when she got the chance, also another thing to note is the fact that she the landlord decided to show this man one specific room where conveniently not only were the shelves height short enough for her to reach but also the bed size was king sized bed just allowing for two people to sleep on the bed
