was this chapter translated without the usual proofreading, or was rushed using machine translation?
Mithra's name was Misura in several bubbles, some terms werent translated like previous chapters (waka - young master).
It took me a bit as well to grasp the 'waka' term. But I'm happy enough someone still doing this series

If you're talking about the last page, that's Root, aka the myriad color dragon, aka Faltz the guildmaster. It must get boring to watch five minutes of chanting each fight for a barrier deployment after a couple of centuries.
the king seem surprised, make me wonder about the standard of mages in his army

This series gets uploaded so rarely I had to start reading the novels to sate my curiosity.
Funny thing is, my "anime to manga" conversion and the "manga to novel" conversion all related to Isekai. I'm literally slop-maxxing the one genre known for slop (Slime Isekai and Moonlit Isekai)

God's I wanna give spoilers but idk how to hide it while on the phone...tho I'm pretty sure I have already forgotten the details (except for important one's like Root's clothes almost breaking because his her form's booba was so big)

the thing is, becoming a servant of Makoto gave him humanity, so even with Makoto's own personal problems, he still gave those 3 some human feelings, like Mio respecting other humans that teaches her cooking, Tomoe enjoying her hobbies and Shiki actually enjoying teaching the kids... all those besides their profound respect and love for makoto.
Precisely, my good man. It's the first time he actually sees a person as a person and not a possible experiment

oooh. Shiki finally awakening emotions after transforming into human? Nice. I guess he really needed someone to look after and someone who looked at Shiki seriously.

Abelia's mind suffered huge breakdown.
Also, the anime cut really short the "normal" mages battle, but I would laugh really hard if they animated that battle as is.
edit: forgot about shinki, he is becoming more and more human, which is good.

...why, tho?

Why would you willingly just not translate something?

Specially just some random word.
only tomoe uses waka (若) and every other subordinate uses waka sama. The tl i was working with suggested we keep it as waka instead of translating to young master. Since using young master for both waka and waka sama was not properly representing Tomoe
its a bit unnatural to use but unless there is a proper term to exactly represent tomoe's edo-period aesthetic, i think it should be better to stick to waka till then?

I'm not sure if it's about Shiki being attached to her or anything, but he's definitely becoming more human. I mean, to begin with he started out as a human and lost it when he became a lich, but he's regaining that humanity the more he spends time with the MC and the company.

No, you should just stick with "young master". The fact that his followers all call him "young"—to his annoyance—is a plot point. Switching to "waka" loses that context for most English speakers. Worse, there is no real gain from making the distinction between "waka" and "waka-sama". An English speaker isn't going to notice unless the characters respond to it immediately—and these don't. Besides, Tomoe already has plenty of archaic speech markers in translation to distinguish her, so trying to indicate this particular one is redundant.

Basically, this is just a bad trade-off. I'm not surprised that a native speaker would want to keep the distinction, but it really doesn't translate well.

If you really want to keep the distinction, you could try to use an alternative English term for Tomoe to use, but I'm dubious about any I can think of. "Boy" is too disrespectful; "Child" is too unfamiliar; "Son" is closer, but doesn't work with him being her romantic interest; "Kid" is not bad, but conflicts with her archaic speech. Maybe if you dig around a thesaurus and English etymology dictionary, you can find an archaic term that works.

I like this change. There's a ton of Japanese nuance that does not translate to English. Honorifics are a main example of that. It's not a bit deal for English speakers to pick up a few words of that.

I would suggest including a translation note at the end of each chapter for a while (maybe permanently).

I'll also note that those of us watch the subbed anime are already semi-familiar with "waka".
