Ah, finally the comments are back online. I missed them.
Anyway, great chapter, though this story tends to have a pace too slow, I'm liking the changes. For example, Hibiki looks better here than in the novel, I hope the mangaka keeps changing her for the better, since she was my biggest disappointment with this story.

But seriously, where the hell is Root?!

Remembering that she knows the MC, and if I remember right even admired him in some way (even if not in love with him like some of the girls in his flashbacks), I wonder when she will meet him again. From remembering her thoughts when meeting the goddess, there is a chance she will join his group maybe?

Also, I'm still waiting for when she finds out Mio's past life.
She seems to take that as the strongest opponent she would ever face, but from how Mio reacted when she asked if those creatures some chapters ago were more dangerous than her Mio seems to not even be trying to hide it, it just never came up as far as she is concerned.
As a reader of the novel, Mio's reveal is great, but Hibiki herself isn't. She's my biggest disappointment in the story, but the good news is, the mangaka seems to be changing her for the better, I can't really see this Hibiki doing what she does in the novel which disappointed me here.

But I don't think the mangaka will change that much, so don't expect her and Makoto on the same side too often, she is a servant of the Goddess Makoto hates after all.

Anyone have any spoilers for when the hell they will meet? If so, please do enlighten me.
I've read fan translated novel. Makoto & Hibiki meet eventually in Rotsgard.
They're having a nice chat in Makoto's store, then Mio comes carrying a tray of tea and threatens to tear Hibiki's arms off. Makoto tells her to calm down and Tomoe enjoys the drama. Or that's how I remember it. Later Makoto goes to meet the royal family Hibiki is in employ of, Mio comes along as an escort, little priestess girl sees her, recognises her, and faints. Tells all about it to Hibiki who responds with: "Please give me a break."

Super far in the future they have a sort of meeting/passing
Hibiki gets a power up that is a super charisma charm, the more she’s around people the more they want to support her causing her to get stronger. It starts to charm Lime and he considers joining her team when they are swarmed by monsters. He wipes the swarm in a single hit that’s when he notices Hibiki. After that far in the future they ”spar” but he curb stomps her in the in front of some important people
I don't remember that curb-stomping thing (I stopped reading when author was having a looong pause and haven't got back to it). But I do remember Hibiki offering a marriage to Lime and he refused. Don't want to marry a hero. Baka!

As I remember, he is the adventurer's guild master managing the guild. He should make an appearance shortly before (if not earlier) Makoto go to meet the demon lord.

His first appearance is here, just before the arc of the competition, he is there and even helps Makoto. He should appear next few chapters, but it's taking too long.

I think it was slighter after the first pause he does his bullshit, for a lack of a better word, cause and effect arrow shots. Every time he shot the arrows they would hit her from wherever he chooses. No matter how fast or strong her defenses were she would get hit

She falls in love with Lime.

Man, I've read until chap 400, and despite not being sure where the story is by now, Hibiki wasn't in a position to express any feeling for anyone even remotely related to Makoto. If you mean their time together, she only sees him as a possible companion, not a love interest. At least in the novel she is the last person I could consider falling in love with someone, even Tomoki would be easier to believe, fortunately, it seems the mangaka is changing her here and fleshing her out more, I hope she doesn't become as cold-blooded as she is in the novel, at least I can't see it happening here after everything we were shown.

Hmm sorry to disappoint but this manga is after the LN so they flesh her out is just normal for a LN adaptation so therefore the mangaka didn't change anything besides the outfit.

Also no she won't change, she will still become that horrible person because this story never changes a lot and is mostly the same with some improvements so don't expect Hibiki to be "better " she might just become less hated but i doubt that.

Seriously? Because as it stands right now, I can't really see her doing that. She is clearly keeping the worldview from Japan here, I doubt just Mio pointing this out that she should be a little more selfish is going to change that much. It'd be really a 180°. Anyway, let's wait and see, I didn't read the novel since it seems nobody is translating it, but if they do the same as in the webnovel, it's better they actually do a pretty good job exploring this change of mind, or it will feel forced.

hibiki's new outfit is ..... so raunchy ..... not a fan personally but whatever toots the authors horn I guess

thanks for the chapter!
I think that’s kinda the point, currently it shows her allegiance with the goddess, which is very uncomfortable and goes against her principles but she will do it anyway because she feels pressured into it. She feels like she needs to do it, she has to be the hero she wasn’t quite ready to be yet. And the way she, and the rest of the goddesses allies dress and act is in stark contrast to Kuzunoha and the rest of the Demi plain. Everyone who opposes the goddess, or is at least shunned by her can dress and act however they want, because unlike humanity they won’t get anything from doing what the goddess wants.

Because everything involved with the goddess is superficial in nature, reducing even the most upright and honorable of people into this. It’s only a matter of time until she sees the light, and while she might not want to accept it at first, she’ll have no choice once she fully understands what’s really going on. That’s why she made such a big deal about her outfit change, and why even her friends did what they knew she would want, before she was forced to accept that she had no right to decide for herself because the goddess has chosen for her, without her consent. Like she has for so much of this world she ruined because of her actions. The other “hero” is proof of her lack of care about this world or it’s people, all that matters to her is how it looks on the outside, not the rotting center within.

Yes.
They wanted to get married against social norms, they sought help from goddess, goddess sent them to Earth, goddess went to rest & sleep, demons invaded and conquered parents' homeland, Makoto send his highland orcs to take it for himself, demon lord concedes.
