oop, Noah spying on her wife from the upper floors? Maybe the author will dodge the usual, but I bet that'll become a "you're getting awfully close to the court magician, Selene" in short order.
I do like the premise for the setting's magic, though. The concept of "pure will & intent" making pretty much anything happen, is fairly novel when it comes to the magic systems often portrayed in fantasy manga. Especially as it means Selene's not just immediately overpowered with some limitless pool of mana, or something--she has to cross an actual "character-relevant" hurdle in order to even do it, though I guess she's already honing in on her personal answer in this very chapter.
The nightmare seems like it'll become more important as time goes on, though. Especially if it's Selene suddenly tapping into Noah's subconscious, and they were in fact having the same dream. Those sorts of nightmares would absolutely fuck anyone up, so if that's what Noah's been seeing that had her perpetually sleep-deprived until Selene entered her life, then I find that very understandable.
Which, perhaps that's a clue to Selene's own nascent magical potential. If all of her magic is centered around Noah and her feelings toward Noah, then magic that's less "light/dark/elemental" and more "anything imaginable, geared toward helping one specific person", that would make the magic setting even more unique for this story.
Kind of a filler-ish chapter in some senses, but it's more character development for Leticia; I wonder if she's catching feelings for Selene, or if it's more that she's just very all-in on her first friend. I figure she knows better than to start pining after "the Prince's fiance", but...well, wouldn't be the first time something like that has happened. For the present moment, though, I guess she's now Selene's teacher in all things magic, and we might get to see a jealous Noah before too long, as a bonus.

YAY THIS UPDATED!! 
With all this build up on Selene getting increasingly determined to take down the princess,
I can't help wondering what to expect...
What will the one who cursed Noah be like? 🤔 Noah seems to defend her, saying the princess isn't an enemy, so I'm also curious what situation led to the curse and what their relationship is like
Feels like a buildup to an expectation-subversion somehow?
