Given how nice a guy Madoka is, I would not be surprised if the TV Lady's interest in him continued past the Owara special she's producing.
Regardless, she realized immediately what she had to do to defuse the situation with the girl, to turn her into an ally for the nonce.
A very sharp lady.
She'll have her work cut out for her if she is actually interested in Madoka that way.
