Spica didn't have a chance to touch Miyu and read her mind, so she wouldn't actually have any way of knowing whether the handle of the knife was poisoned or not, right? But also, Miyu did use a rag to pick the knife up, making it fairly obvious that she was intentionally not touching it. You have to wonder when she decided to poison it, though.

Her entire plan here is relying on them being idiots, in any logical world shed already be dead
This is the dumbest string of decisions she has ever made
I'm holding judgement, but I think Spica knew she'd be able to turn the group on each other (or they'd turn on each other once the money was discovered) and wasn't really in danger as they'd deal with the bigger threat of the others before dealing with her.

I'm right now assuming that her goal is find out as much as she can about the person who was orchestrating things when her parents were killed.

I'm assuming she did that so her finger prints aren't on the knife and she intends to to use it to frame the others

When forced to contend with so many Best Girls, I maintain that there is one flawless solution: The glory of polyamory!
What? there's only one best girl here.

I thought that maybe Spica was sending scheduled texts, the timing here would be an insane coincidence. But if it's not Spica, why did Hamimura kill Kiba after receiving a text from who im guessing is Inaba? He was the only one not willing to betray them.
That makes sense; she's already killed the leader and triggering the texts somehow. Or she has an accomplice. in any case, the master mind is already dead.

Was that really Spica's house? Since the "victims" were referred to as "old", and I dont think her parents were that old? Also Inaba did not mention any little girl, was Inaba lying or did Inaba not know any better?
Did the robber gang make a mistake? Instead of robbing the right old couple's house, they entered Spica's house? Then they have to kill her parents to cover up their track or something?

I agree that this doorbell thing is weird. Maybe it's to check if they're home, if they're home then tie them up and threaten them, if they're not home then use the spare key to enter and search for valuables? It's still weird tho.
Bro the crib had her family name on it, that was obviously Spica's home

headband boy might be redeemed but i imagine they're all gonna die or at least get arrested by the cousin cop
It really was this group that killed her family? And they dont even recognize her? thats so fucking dumb

Her entire plan here is relying on them being idiots, in any logical world shed already be dead
This is the dumbest string of decisions she has ever made

they might've killed them while she was out of the house or when she was younger

I feel like pink hair would be memorable unless it's 'anime' logic where they don't think it's weird/not canonically dyed like how Yotsuba just happens to have green clover hair lol (or it was just nezumi behind it but this current team is 'newer' hires)

imagine the detective coming there and spica's still there tied to the chair while everyone elses dead

if she's good enough at playing the victim i imagine he wouldn't suspect her anymore and prolly not enough time/resources to 'guard' her or so unless he lets his cousin/her classmate know or so

Gezz, she can read fucking mind, know what someone up to. And we see her prep work to touch her target in this very arc, not reveal what she learn, also reveal she actually have deep connection here and not just "Conan" into this. As i already repeatedly tell in previous chapter to someone else: she clearly have card up her sleeve. At least wait til the end of the arc to claim anything.

And even if we don't know the full story yet, we can see they not actively go for kill, they just thief/thug after money, while they willing to kill for their benefit, but you can even see several times time most of them here are not out to kill her and even avoid if it possible. have to wait or someone else have to suggest/order to kill her. Every time all she need to do is offer them reason to not that. She know what to do, this ain't her first tango.

Maybe the robbery-murder incident two years ago were Spica's grandparents? Or maybe the grandparents, parents, and Spica were in the house, but Inaba thought grandparents were at the house at the time?

her plan is not dumb, she's just good at putting herself in an advantage, when aku (who clearly say he wanted out) tried to kill her she offer the location of the money which is true, that increase her worth at that specific time so she live a bit longer. when the last 3 tried to kill her it's not really 3v1 because saura is neutral, miyu with her greed, and kiba the only loyal so she offer another leverage that miyu took the bait eliminating kiba making saura doubt miyu with that easy betrayal. the decision they made is just align with the trait given to them.
In the braindead vacuum of her current predicament she made good moves, the fact that she got into that situation on purpose makes all of it so utterly mentally deficient that theres no arguing any of this was smart
Author writes this kid like its fucking blackwidow

She could have a thermonuclear bomb in her pocket, that still wouldnt make her less dead
Its a fucking child bound to a chair in a house full of murderers, this is like the worst imaginable situation, reading minds changes absolutely fucking nothing about that

lol wtf are talking about? being close to her victims is her modus operandi, being alone with the teacher, with the idol without getting caught in a camera, with the grandpa in a hospital, with the little brother in an apartment, all of this means she is confident enough that she can win in the situation and not be caught. If your criticizing and dont like the author's method of writing you should have just drop the manga along time ago just like some of the readers in earlier chapters with something similar reason to yours, we are way pass that already.

It's not just read mind. it read mind, with Prep time :pepehmm:

if you can freaking tell what your target next move or how they think, would act, you know what your enemy next move is. You can beat Goku with Preptime, let alone some thug

You talk as if she just "Conan" into this. Not only she have show so much more prep time to kill the target way before even meet, this time the story suggest to you that it is a case she would have prepare for years.
"Its a fucking child bound to a chair in a house full of murderers..." Lamao, They already dead, they just don't know it yet, Ho Ho HoHoHo 🎅🎅🎅

Mind reading isnt future sight the fuck are you saying
Humans are unpredictable especially in stressful situations where people are dying, somebody here could just chimp out and kill everyone, she has no recourse
She almost got killed like 3 times here and barely avoided it through dumb luck
