DUWANG sufferers unite! You also come from the era of actual shit MTL? Were every word was misspelled and 80% of it was riddled with grammar errors.
I know I've read a ton of those and that's why my brain can.
Also the novel is complete and officially translated by J-Novel Club, extra after story volume included. For those that want closure on the story, the Anime's on Hidive (in the USA at least) and while it's not as good as the manga (especially art wise) it seems to complete the main story arc, and it's fun to see the characters move and talk.
Money can gloss over some stuff, but in this case, it seems like the author just wanted more respect and care for their world and characters and the editors were not giving that despite how important this series is as a big cash cow. Not asking for approvals or permission for stuff means the author could have found out about stuff via social media at the same time as a normal fan which is not ideal to say the least. And then leaks? Very hard to trust them with anything if they're this sloppy and shady.I feel like all misunderstandings and apologizes can be resolved by money. Give them big enough "gifts" usually resolves a wide range of issues. A series this popular would have generated so much money that the publisher wouldn't want to let go, but they decided not to spend that money.
"Poor Grammar Scans" living up to their name. Almost painful to read. The translator wasn't kidding with that group name, huh
Gosh, machine translation has gotten so good. I still read really poorly translated novels/manhua, badly written fanfiction, and use Google translates auto translate feature for chrome. But it's all so much better than back in middle school (I started reading on this site back in 2018, near the end of 8th grade of middle school when I was like 14, but didn't create an account till Freshman year of highschool)You also come from the era of actual shit MTL? I come from reading web novels through pure google translate where I copy and paste each page only to find out 200 chapters deep that I had the names wrongYou also come from the era of actual shit MTL? Were every word was misspelled and 80% of it was riddled with grammar errors.
