I agree based on my experience.
My previous relationship was basically the way Goda and Kamine are - and in two years I've burnt out due to constant emotional barrage from my ex. Tricky part is that these turbulent emotions are rarely directed towards you specifically, no, the person just has so many of them uncontained and I, as partner, felt responsibility to comfort and make sence of those feelings (which I did not quite understand most of the time)
