Idk how this manga made fishing really stale, yes fishing is quite stale in real life but it's actually pretty exciting if you tried it and the trivia of it is also quite interesting, maybe it's because the author of the manga doesn't really know fishing himself/herself or doesn't actually know why you enjoy it that's probably why it's quite boring to read.
