I would guess that they just kept building the wall in whatever direction he was going.

That's what I what to know. At first I thgought, they somehow changed his triactoryand make him go underground (by manipulating gravity and making him loose sight of where is up and where is down)

I would guess that they just kept building the wall in whatever direction he was going.

Sounds taxing on the mage, but it might be the most plausible explanation. But shouldn't we have seen the blocks move infront of them? And what if he would have went moved diagonally upwards? The mage would have to conjure a huge hill. You'd think a demon with that ability would think about ways to counter such tactics beforehand.

Or they created a form of threatmill, moving the earth inside the cube to conter his movement.

How tf did that wall work? The only 2 explanations i can think of is either they kep the wall moving with him in it (which seems impossible because you have to know where he is, where hes going, and have the wall move through other terrain thats in the way) or they somehow tricked him and made him move straight into the earth (why he doesnt know hes going into the earth and not decides to just move to the sky i dont know)

In "Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe" he used a spinning Tesseract filled with mirrors to kill Shadowcat. Since she couldn't tell which way was out she died of exhaustion/dehydration.

That's what I figure is going on; I mean, every appearance black-wing has had, every time they chat with a god/godess, every hint... really seems to suggest that he os the demin lord.

like, keeps screwing up the whole time/universe/soul jump, and perhaps has always been the demon lord.

And, possibly, learning this information is what causes him to become the demon lord... causing him to jump back in time... causing him to become the demon lord... causing him to jump... causing demon lord... causing jump...

Repeat, ad nauseum.
