suppose Pokemon created a fighting type move called Sleeper. A grapple that would cause initial damage and possible sleep proc. To get a sure hit the attacking pokemon would lose the upcoming turn.

Moves that cause sleep are bad ideas.

Dire claw is a nightmare cause of a 30% chance to sleep/poison/paralize.

Even a 10% sleep chance is too much in a move that deals low damage.
