MC isn’t positioned in this situation positively. He could kill a king because the circumstances allowed him to do so freely.

What interests me more is his feelings for his female companions. His childhood crush was someone he never really got a true romance going on with. The elf was a fuck buddy that grew into more due to war trauma. This is one time the harem not being sexual makes more sense.
