I hope I'm wrong, but I can't see this ending well for Teru. He has gotten pretty cocky since becoming Tsuyoshi's underling.

Sure, he has a decent record, but if something bad can happen to Teru, it will happen

since it doesn't apply to his fights though, the most likely outcome is he gets embarrassed in some other way: like after being fat, masochist, bald... next step might be being stripped naked/exposed in public, getting erectile dysfunction, being molested/raped (not by Tsuyoshi) , etc.
