I think it's more he lived long enough for the world to turn him into a villian
Remember he just wanted to be left allone
feels more like he's just going along with bald guy's wishes, I think eventually bald guy will lose sight of whats right and betray tsuyoshi in some way and let the yakuza gang get to his head. Tsuyoshi finds these organizations and rituals to be ridiculous and a waste of time, it's clear he wouldn't mind walking away from it all but is staying just because. the real agency comes from baldie

OHHH I JUST NOTICED SOMETHING THAT SLIPPED ME BY ON THE FIRST READ! So at the last part Tsuyoshi is gaining a bunch of money at the slot machines, and he has several trays at his side. That dude comes over as he seems an easy target, but Tsuyoshi looks at his arm. In the arm he notices a TATTOO. Which in japan is linked to Yakuzas. Also Yakuzas usually own gambling places like that one. So he basically went into enemy turf, started winning non stop, and got the attention of a member from the other Yakuza group who I presume owns the establishment. So basically he's picking a fight because he wants to expand

Poor Tsuyoshi... He no longer has any type of normalcy. What the hell will he do now?

Yup, this is exactly what I'd imagine Tsuyoshi's feelings would be. I mean, did Teru or anyone he knew actually respected his wishes? They all got close to him to manipulate him and used him for their goals, and Teru's pretty obviously just the latest in line, no matter how much he's (subconsciously/unintentionally) dressing it up. It's only really been his karate friend that's been trying to be there for him, but he's been a no show for a long while.

So yeah, this is Tsuyoshi basically giving up. No one's gonna let him be himself, so why even bother?

What a tragedy.

I think this will be the climax of this ark. Teru betraying what Tsuyoshi wants for the sake of his yakuza dreams and Tsuyoshi realizing he isn't doing it for him and that he doesn't want all this

The difference between Teru and Ainosuke karate dude is that Teru only thinks that Tsuyoshi doesn't like to fight. This time he's putting Tsuyoshi in a position in which he doesn't have to fight much (if any). While karate dude knows Tsuyoshi wants to be normal. He even teached him how to draw, the things Tsuyoshi actually wants to do.
