I feel that at some point the author threw the power scale out the window. The chinese guy and Tsuyoshi were evenly matched when that other guy hit Tsuyoshi on the back of his head, and all of the sudden Tsuyoshi handles him like scum and the story drives itself to humiliating him in the worst kind of ways. It feels more like fan service than the story organically developing towards this outcome

the way I see it, it's not like he's weak. but they made the serum out of tsuyoshi's cells and the more li took the more subservient he became to tsuyoshi to the point he couldnt even punch him without pulling. They thought it would be their secret weapon but obviously tsuyoshi was the perfect counter to that in many ways.

Yeah, I feel like we are being robbed of the meat of this manga: Tsuyoshi beating the shit out of people. You don't watch One Punch Man battles only for them to end because Saitama's aura is too much for his opponent.
Instead, this feels like a cheap glaze for the protagonist without showing why he is as powerful and as fearful as others think.
