Tweak to the recommendations

Can we make it so the algorithm prioritizes series that are either actively receiving new updates or have been fully scanlated? Kinda sucks that most recommendations are just incompletely scanlated stuff whose last updates have been years ago.

That would be great. I prefer completed or active manga myself. Whatever they do, I hope it won't compromise the attention needed for older and incomplete manga. There are some absolute gems among them.

Personally, I am 50/50 on this as on one hand it sometimes sucks when a series just stops in the middle, but I feel manga surfacing that way can motivate someone to pick up the series and resume a scanlation.
