It may be worth discussing how "proud female knight gets sexually assaulted" became a cultural meme in Japanese porn and what that says about Japanese culture's issues with sex, but all it says about an individual is 1, he's influenced by the culture around him, and 2, he has a kink. Like all humans, the parts of his brain that get horny and the parts of his brain that worry about the consequences of his sexual acts operate independently.

If we want to assign morality to his actual ACTIONS, then yeah, he did a bad thing, but considering the circumstances were literally supernatural, I don't think we should fault him for assuming it was a dream.
