I don't think anyone isn't accepting that, in a biological and reproductive sense, the male and female bodies are aligned and designed that way, no one denies that. However, they are instead accepting the fact that some would rather not adhere to that, and that no one can really choose who they are attracted to sexually, same way you can't make a straight person homosexual or a homosexual straight. The only thing wrong is trying to forcibly change or suppress them, whether it be forcing them to go to church, hiring a prostitute to make them straight or in extreme events , abandon them or put a death penalty on them. As long as it is legal, they should be able to express themselves how they wish.
