To be honest, I just find the characters in this manga really boring. The guys are both absurd self-sacrificing martyrs, the female characters are all self-centered sociopaths, and none of them have anything approaching depth or complexity to make me care about them. The most complex character is unironically Karagaki and she hasn't been around for 12 chapters. As a result the manga really depended on its over-the-top plot to be interesting but the plot has been stalled out for a while now. We'll see if Karagaki's revival (which I'm sure will be suitably fucked up in some way) will make it entertaining again but I'm kind of hoping we're approaching the ending so I can find out what happens and be done with it lol.
