See this is why I don't prop up those three girls like most seem to do. Look at how bad they ruined this man he can't get off regularly anymore. I feel like he just needs someone to actually care about him, it seems like that's what makes his excitement grow, that at least they are interested in him, they "desire" him to some extent.
