She’s also an OG Shoujo mangaka that’s been doing it for an insane amount of time so I wasn’t too surprised. She’s been doing really good entertaining the Noel path through Kei’s POV, but seems to just have friendzoned Kei from Noel’s POV

Even discounting the mangaka's history, and the fact that most magic genderswap manga end in het, all the romcom cliches have been centered on Eito from the beginning. So yeah I'm not surprised. Maybe I'll join the others hopium-ing for a poly end lol.
