These kind of Translation/Localization is probably one of my favorite. Localized Jokes/Puns (that's still mostly accurate/related to original translation), while have end of chapters note with literal translation and explanation.

While official translation/localization can't have these kind of stuff, being fan-translation this really help improve the experience.
