Gee...doesn't anyone else hate the male lead? He doesn't take his job seriously and endangers the female lead so many times, he thinks of himself as a higher being and takes it upon himself to just kill off the MC . She doesn't deserve to live just because he doesn't wanna do his job properly? What gives him the right to make that decision? Who made him the almighty? His time & interest are so important that a girl who has never done anything wrong deserves to die? The ML is obviously a narcissist. If you hate your job so much because it takes up time just quit. Don't continue to run around meddling with peoples lives when they already have enough on their plate. His personality is so trash I don't get how the MC can just ignore what he did and him attempting to kill her out of boredom. Isn't someone like that who thinks the lives of others as meaningless what you call a psychopath? Is the MC okay hanging out with a psychopath who tried to murder her? This story is boring, the MC is an idiot who can't stand up for herself, and the ML is an asshole. I hate stories with weak female leads the most. If this I her personality maybe the ML was right an the MC should just die. What's the point of living when your life amounts to nothing and you make no difference in the world? Seriously this story is horribly bland. Waste of my time for sure. Now I know why it was discontinued.

@Comic_nerd1012 I'm midway through it, he's gotten better so far, I'm probably going to read further but I just have a question. The ML feels more like an unreliable narrator in terms of characterization. He feels similar to how self inserts work where they make a majority of the story about themselves rather than flesh out story, but as he's related to a side story the more you progress he's more involved in the B plot of the FL. So far it's more of frustration of how little the ML is helping and how his character development is so slow. The FL is slowly pacing to being more confident but the speed bumps from plot is annoying.




We may be facing issues with pace since we're binge reading after it's ended but that's just how you suffer from not being involved

I finally got around to reading this and it seems like I always end up finding the best of thing's to read at the worst of times. I loved the story and even though it pulled me through many emotions the sleepless night I read it in its entirety I wish to always come back to read this for how amazing it was to me ❤️

@Comic_nerd1012 I'd recommend finishing the story, because id always believed even the worst of starts can have the greatest of endings

I’m glad you enjoyed it! It’s always good to find a story you like. Sadly I couldn’t finish due to my frustration with the characters and their actions. Maybe this type of story just isn’t my genre. Very very good, the main antagonist was annoying and conclusion with her was stupid but overall (without stupid middle villain) it's amazing.

The story was amazing! Although I didn't get the ending. It just felt forced so that there would be a happy ending. If someone can explain the last chapter I would give my gratitude. Other than that 8/10!
