Objective opinion that isn't the usual "OH JAPAN" nonsense.

Compared to the POP Comic code series, this is a lot easier for non-fans to follow. Unfortunately... it's also kind of boring.
It's cute no doubt, but a nondescript kind of cute where the Ultraman kaiju part barely factors in if at all.
Still, if you prefer these designs to the POP Comic code ones, it's worth enough reading.

Coming back 4 years later, I realize I might've been a little too harsh to this manga. It's pretty harmless all in all and it's actually really cute if you just read it as "a manga about cute monster girls". It's just that compared to the lore meat the POP Comic code version has to offer, you might be kinda disappointed as an Ultra fan, that's all.
