This episode is "Revenge of Alien Baltan".
In the previous battle, Ultraman defeated numerous number of Baltans with his Spacium ray.
The survivor of the alien gets the second chance to attack Ultraman, with his "Spacium reflector" built in his chest.
The new weapon successfully neutralizes Ultraman's lethal weapon, and he takes advantage to shoot his "Disintegrator ray" at him!
To avoid the second shot, Ultraman reflectively punches Baltan's pincer, but his arm is pinched by the alien's scissors hand.
Ultraman is about to be defeated, but eventually he shoots his Spacium ray at Baltan's back and defeats the alien.
He advises Baltan to built in the reflector in his back next time.
