You have a good one to recommend, using google lens on a phone to capture a desktop screen isn't peak reading and worse as it is very bad MTL anyway

Use bubble translate. That app translation is slightly better. Just make sure if you use it, you use the partial, instead of the full (full screen translate). And set the translate mode to comic vertical.
