Thanks for the scanlation! Don't worry about the quality, it looks good to me!

Keep up the good work!

I truly feel bad for the guy. Here he is being scared sh*tless, one friend it not even bothering to help while another is pretty much taking advantage of his fear. Everyone in school knows about this and yet they all just watch this like it is some kind of romcom. Their all helping Umiko out (badly I might add) and yet not a single one is helping the guy understand that Umiko is not a ghost. I'll stop reading this since it's not even a comedy, just a story of a guy scared for his life and everyone just stands there and watch.

Strange, since it's tagged as comedy. 🤔

I know where you're coming from, but since it IS actually a comedy, you've got to accept the cartoon logic to some extent - the MC is such an insufferable scaredy-cat that no one can be bothered dealing with him and tell him that the girl is JUST a girl. If you can't accept that logic, you can't enjoy this comic (or probably many others honestly)

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy myself a comedy manga and I do understand your logic. But I'm afraid that this just wasn't for me. This just seems too far in the girls favor and just seeing the ML taken advantaged off like leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It may just be my opinion but seeing this chapter just wasn't comedy at all. There just gets to a point where the 'cartoon logic' takes a step too far and this was it for me. If you enjoy this then you do you, we can both agree that this manga in particular just wasn't for me.

PS. And yes, I know that this is a comedy manga. I just said that ironically.

yeah, it's also kind of messed up that his supposed "friend" Tamaki is knowingly exploiting MC's fear by pretending to be performing some kind of purification ritual so that MC will perform free labor for Tamaki.

I mean, I guess hair is a good fabric for making gloves, but it is a bit strange to use your own hair for it. What else did you use, Umeko-chan? And how much did you use for the balaclava?

Poor Oga, Aonuma's just using him because he doesn't really care for school activities. What a bad friend! I wonder why he's so gloomy despite living in a temple though?

How can the school convince Oga that Umeko-chan is real, and is really in love with him? We can't rely on Natsu, she's so enthusiastic, she forgets that Umeko is creepy! Aonuma's exploiting him, so he's definitely not gonna help. Suzuki can't help, because he doesn't seem to understand how scared Oga is.

One day she will get her feeling across properly, so this guy doesn't die an early death

The fact she keeps using ALL the horror tropes in the book doesn't really help him though.

The manga is so over the top that I see it as a gag manga with no need for relatable characters. Thanks for the translations!!! 👻👻👻

What will happen first, an actual confession or Oga dropping out of school because of his fear of ghost?
