Thanks! LOL you'd think at a retired age, unless they're pricey, might as well invest in a dryer rather than letting it air dry, if not hiring a live in maid but i def wouldn't wanna be doing chores or so, or as little as possible

Pretty sure clothing driers are uncommon in Japan.

I prefer air drying. There are clothing materials that do not respond well to a dryer (I.e wool, silk, leather and pleather) and air drying is fairly quick to do if you're aaccustomed to it.

I'm too allergic to stuff in the air to air dry on our clothesline outside. OTL
