I think i recognised the movie in the chapter cover ! It's One cut of the Dead by Shin'ichiro Ueda (original title : Kamera o tomeru na! ) made in 2017 and a really great movie about a movie inside the movie ! (and long sequence one shot movie and zombies)

Damn this is a really important lesson in art- especially for someone who plans to be in a position where they're in charge of a lot of people. Because if you're in charge, and it's your project, you probably care the most of anyone involved in what you're doing! So with that in mind, tension and resentment can rise a bit.
