Umiko's competitiveness with the young ones is so relatable, but I also understand her thoughts about a good stopping point. I'm rooting for her to continue to work towards her dream.

Even as he's grasping for the right words and actions, Kai's still incredibly thoughtful and kind towards Umiko. I agree with his assessment of Sora's good points.

Sora's descriptions of burn out and picking back up are hitting me at a weird point in my life. I can never see myself getting back up whenever I experience burn out, but it seems like he's gone through a lot.

Thank you for the chapter, this one is so bittersweet, umiko-san really does shine bright like a star when making films tho is it really true that she burned out too soon or it's just her age that forced her. 😔
