starting to think battler might be the culprit here. it should be possible to remove the tape before entering a room and reseal it once someone leaves, and no one has bothered actually checking if they have been tampered with.
Since its proven that you can't leave or enter a sealed room without the tape breaking, you can't say you can remove the tape then redo it later.
Maybe eva has a way to exit that building that no one know about, that's why she picked it as her placed to be sealed in

ok now it's obvious, erika is the culprit with the complicity of a servant (kanon).
Erika said in purple that if someone gets killed then he will die. so someone can be killed and die later.
Murders:
1st twilight:Erika and kanon killed the servants and kinzo,erika was the 7th woman and kanon fake his death.
George and hideyoshi:kanon killed them,he is a servant so can use the wirecutter
Natsuhi and jessica:kanon hide in the garden shed,meanwhile erika forced natsuhi and jessica to be caged in the garden shed so kanon can killed them.
Kyrie and rudolf:all others were outside so an easy murder.
Kanon killed them and escape from the window then erika put another sigil on the window to subtitute the one break by kanon.

While I'm inclined to believe the Kanon thing (his death/existence was faked in at least one other Rokkenjima game in the main story), remember that if Beato makes Erika the culprit, Willard (who conveniently just appeared) will have her head. Remember Ronald Knox's rule #7: the detective can't commit the crime.

I know that the detective cant be the culprit but if you read here https://mangadex.org/chapter/734855/20 Battler said that isnt confirmed that erika is the detective.
So erika culprit didnt violate knox.
Then erika would be perfect
