I have finished reading this manga and I'm a little disappointed there were no more kisses between these two. I honestly think Junichi is a better option for Minori than Nanako.

Does she still needs him to cross dress or did she leave him? My thing with cross dressing stories is that these woman are lesbians forcing a man to cosplay one when they can easily just date a girl

Well, it's a manga, anything goes. It doesn't have to be realistic imo. A lot of manga are cringe, btw. It's just a matter of "do I really want to read it or not?". Since I'm a huge fan of Kei Kusunoki, the anwer for me is simple. I could read even her "Harlequin" manga.
