Is there hard limit on how many covers I can upload during short timeframe?
About half a year ago I mass uploaded some covers but after 6 covers there was "you can't do it right now" error. Not sure how long it takes to reset but after a couple hours I was able to upload 6 more covers and so on. Didn't try mass upload since then but I believe nothing changed.

users have it because someone managed to kill the site using cover uploads

I sometimes have this problem when the cover I uploaded doesn't show up, but I know it's there because it would got an error message "only staff can replace cover" if I tries to reupload. Don't know what causes it though.
