I would not even think someone who is undead is interested in me, so i guess him being dense makes more sense than most romcoms MC for me, but i'm more dense than the average romcom MC.
That's def just a you problem there

Lassie, just repeat yourself clearly and then when he questions it, explain. You at least said what you wanted this time so that's good, it's just a matter of removing the self imposed barrier he put up, most likely coming from the fact he's basically your caretaker

The sheer density of this dude is gonna make him collapse into a singularity and end the world at some point.

The problem with this is that she's actually made it very clear that she does have those sorts of feelings, and he really is just being a massive idiot about it.
I understand the frustration you know.

Um, have you even read the comic? She has never once directly stated that she likes him. She doesn't like that he doesn't realize that she has feelings for him. Okay, so if he doesn't know, then the obvious solution is... apparently to never once correct him and just expect him to read your mind. Great.

It's a common trope that I dislike in romcoms. Spit it out, woman! Like the ending. She wants to get his deets, and he misunderstands. This is where a normal effing human being is like, "No, you misunderstood me, what I want is this" and he'll either be totally nonchalant and just be like, "Oh, ok" or get flustered. If he gets flustered and THEN acts like a doofus, then yes, he's dense.

But every time he asks her for more context, she goes full tsundere and he seems to just take it at face value. She's the issue in this relationship. Now, if she was throwing herself at him and acting like a character in a harem anime, then yes, that's dense. But expecting your crush to just magically understand you is absolute lunacy.

I never said she said it directly, I said she's made it very clear. Read a little more carefully before you decide to write long text posts, yeah? And everything you've pointed out is the stock-standard "He's too polite and too dense to realize what she's telling him"
