Even if I want to trust Tozuka, I still feel it's a bit rushed...
Anyway, i wonder how they will win when they needed everyone to beat only one of the primordial rules.
It doesn't seem to be a rushed conclusion, but yet the author still seemingly skipped 4 months of the story for no apparent reason. Let them cook I guess

What do you mean by "the author still seemingly skipped 4 months of the story?" Like, what of the story actually got skipped? Most of the fanbase was expecting to basically go right into the quests and fight the Master Rules, and narratively we did exactly that. There was some hope of training and collecting artifacts if the UMA side didn't interfere, but that was almost certainly going to be off-screen and this chapter showed that the B-team did have those 4 months to train and whatnot off-screen while the A-team was intentionally cut off from doing it as a tactical move so they'll have to awaken their powers mid-fight or halfway through the arc when Fuuko finally uses Remember on everyone.
