I don't see why she would try to finnish the fight with such a risky final blow, it seems like the only thing she's doing is putting her head in stabbing distance.
I expect one of the twins to die during the fight tbh, let's see how igarashi's dummy will come into play next chapter, there's definitely something else saved in there.
