I was thinking about Toichi and wondering if we'd ever see her fight, but then it occurred to me that maybe when she says she's not as married to the job as Juro and Juniro (and presumably Nijiro), and wants to do things her way... she's a lot more like Kuro. Both of them seem to be top tier bullshitters, misdirection and confusing people is their thing, not killing.

Sucks the older chapters got DMCA'd, but does Kuro ever actually kill anyone? Hachiya kinda gripes about him not fighting the Ministry of Health ninja gyaru seriously as he only incapacitated them. Same when he fought Alexei in the car. The only real fight Kuro gets in, he stalls and bullshits, then gets his ass killed (but salvages the mission by getting taking a DNA sample for the lab). I'm looking forward for more expert Kumogakure BS from Toi-chan!
