Seems like the MC isn't thinking about things in the long term. Although isn't the usual trope in stories where female MC pretending to be a boy has to think of lots of ways to hide fact that her breasts and hips are filling out and running into a lot of near misses on getting found out while hiding them? In any case, should've been more careful drinking so only had a cup or two. Getting drunk is dangerous in that she might've spilled fact disguising herself as a boy to be a knight or just as bad getting into trouble resulting in being jailed and/or expelled.
