When I started reading this, I didn't know what I was getting into. The title seemed interesting; something that screamed twisted characters so I took a chance with it.

The ending what unexpected. I wasn't thinking his mother might have died. I thought more of the possibility of his step-father dying and him realizing he loved him, so that kind of ending was an unexpected but very good twist of events.

Well, the good guy did turn into a crazy murderer but Kyunghee meeting him while he was in prison brought closure to that part of the story.

Wow. I was hoping for some kind of justice for the poor kid. But he just lost it all. What a mess. I guess it's more realistic than something actually working out for everybody with the idea that 'good always prevails,' not that he was that good. But yeah, a real mess 😟
