Unknown title... Sisters and a guy allergic to women.

Here's what I remember:

MC has nightmares about having been forced to have sex with an older female.

Thoughts of women, or maybe interacting with them makes him vomit.

MC is in college and meets the initial girl's older sister, though she looks younger.

They friendship or date... Can't remember past that.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've searched for a long time with no results.

I've looked up most of the manga I could find featuring an MC with gynophobia...none of them have been it.

Devil Ecstasy starts kind of the same, but isn't the right one.

In the manga I'm looking for the guy is the main character.

Other details I sort of remember:

He's a college student.
Starts with a dream flashback.
Lives in a dorm room with a bunch of other guys, they know about his condition and give him shit for it.
I feel like they were twins, or maybe older or younger... and the one that interacts with the MC might be chibi-esque.

I don't actually remember if the older sister actually makes an appearance after the intro... and as far as I've gotten there wasn't any incest.

Mostly interactions between MC and the Non-Trauma-Causing sister.

If it's found people will be @'d, though it may be a huge letdown.

It should be easy to know within 2 or 3 pages.
Younger male gets taken advantage of in an attic or maybe upper rafters of a barn.

Wakes up with maladies in a room with several roommates... they give him shit.

So if anyone else is doing bulk searching... it shouldn't be hard to identify the correct one. I'm doing what I can.
