TL;DR spoilers:
Unnamed Memory is a masterpiece in the novels BUT it gives you anxiety because the author herself is against Oscar(s) and Tinasha. Yes there are sweet romantic moments but take in mind a lot of drama and sacrifices will be coming throughout the entire story.
