@liquidsword Technically, you can still say that it was a "snipe" as Jasmine jumped to the first untranslated chapter, skipping chapter 5, while Danke fürs Lesen worked their way from the very first chapter and stuff.
But either way the whole "snipe outrage" thing is stupid.

@Bluefox_1 I couldn’t care less. It’s just that she shouldn’t be blamed if she was the one originally translating it. It’d be dumb to translate a chapter that’s already been translated, especially if it’s a good translation. No “technically” about it.

Damn straight. JasmineTea is doing the Lord's work by uploading the paid version for free.
It's what the mangaka would've wanted.
Only people with any modicum of ownership over a series when scanlating (so excluding publishers who own actual licenses, and the original creator), are people with express permission by the mangaka.
Not that I don't agree with your statements about how everyone just wants the next chapter as quick as possible, regardless of quality, of course. However, I don't think Jasmine has any more right or ownership over this series than Kafka. And honestly I'm more disappointed in Jasmine's response than anything else in this case.
