Holy shit, seeing the guy's general demeanor and reading the synopsis afterwards is a bit of a whiplash. Matsuri better go full yandere and tie him up in a shed soon or shit's going down vicious.
I find the scenario and plot to be adorable and interesting. But the time period where the setting took place, not so much. I find stories that took place in this time period to be dusty.
At first, I was like, "The cover art looks really good! I wonder what the story is like 🤔"
And only after reading a few pages do I notice how similar the art is to Duke of Death!
Really happy to see new work done by an author I am familiar with!
