Hello, I seem to be encountering issues with updating my avatar photo.
The site does not seem to update my avatar photo, even after selecting my appropriately new avatar from my machine. After pressing "Save", the avatar photo has not been updated. I have tried this method for around five to six times, and yielded the same results.
For context, this is the photo I plan to change it with:
Is there a minimum file size or resolution that I may have missed in selecting the photo? Was there any crucial step that I may have missed in doing so? I am open for any answer.
I've checked the all previous support posts regarding "Avatar", "Upload", but has failed in attaining any solid answer. If there any answers from other threads that I may have missed, I accept my mistake and is open for any redirection of this thread.
