Had to locally downloaded it then open it on Ms paint. It scaled at 2x (as I expected of a pixel artworks).

6 (not impressive enough) as the base, nothing personal. 7 for keeping it not like JPEG.

7. It animated seamlessly and its limited colors get the vibe right. If you take a look at the corner, the it has tv static noises.
